The Reset: Women’s Wellness + Resource Experience You take care of a lot—this morning is about taking care of you. Join us for The Reset, a free women’s wellness experience designed to help you move, breathe, reconnect, and recharge. The morning will include a boxing class, guided meditation and breathwork, a live DJ, and access to local wellness providers offering massage, acupuncture, personal training, and women’s resources. When: Sunday, October 4 | 10 AM–12 PM Where: Choose and Move Wellness Collective 11468 Sorrento Valley Rd, Ste B, San Diego, CA 92121 FREE to attend with RSVP + FREE childcare on site Come as you are. Move your body, reset your nervous system, connect with community, and find what you need. Space is limited; RSVP required by September 25.
